Wilcox SkillsUSA Chapter voted to join the state in helping clean up our highways and environment. Georgia's Adopt-A-Highway program allows citizens to volunteer to remove litter from state roadsides. This is one way for young people to help promote civic responsibility and pride.

Wilcox SkillsUSA selected their mile on Hwy 280 west of Rochelle. The first clean up was held Saturday Nov. 12. In addition to the current members of Wilcox SkillsUSA, Miss Rebecca Owens, Past-President of Wilcox SkillsUSA helped in the collection of trash.
