Ashley Acuff serves as the Executive Director of SkillsUSA Georgia, where she provides strategic leadership for one of the nation's largest state associations. Since joining the organization in November 2023, Ashley has led significant growth in membership, expanded student opportunities, strengthened industry partnerships, and enhanced programs that support Career and Technical Education (CTE) across Georgia.

Under Ashley's leadership, SkillsUSA Georgia's secondary division has grown to serve more than 11,700 members, reached record attendance at statewide leadership conferences, expanded middle school participation, and strengthened connections between education and industry. She has also overseen organizational growth, including the addition of the association's first full-time Assistant State Director, while continuing to build systems that enhance member experiences and support advisors throughout the state.

Prior to joining SkillsUSA Georgia, Ashley served as the SkillsUSA Tennessee State Director and Tennessee Technology Student Association (TSA) State Advisor for the Tennessee Department of Education. During her tenure, she increased membership and conference participation for both organizations, developed the first-ever SkillsUSA Tennessee Comprehensive Chapter Program, and led statewide initiatives to strengthen advisor development.

Ashley has also served as the Colorado TSA State Advisor and Assistant Program Manager for Engineering, Technology, and Media Arts for Colorado CTE. She began her career as a Family and Consumer Sciences educator and Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) chapter advisor, where she developed her passion for empowering students through CTE.

Ashley has been recognized with the SkillsUSA Statesman Award, served on the national SkillsUSA Championships Committee, and was selected as one of ten national facilitators to deliver SkillsUSA's leadership curriculum. She is passionate about connecting students with opportunities that prepare them for successful careers while supporting educators and industry partners in developing tomorrow's skilled workforce.
